I myself am an athlete. I have been training for the last 10 years for football. Extensive knowledge in fitness in regards to weight loss, corrective exercise, strength and conditioning. Certified with Ace since 2014. Certifications in Trx, kettlebell, Olympic lifting and specific sports training. Trained ages 7-84 with distinct program design tailored to the athlete. Also have trained Marine battalions with groups up to 1100.
I competed at D-1AA school Campbell University. Also played juco at Nassau Community College. Pursuing a career in professional sports traveled extensively around the US for tryouts also played 3 months overseas.
A very organized and planned session. Structured, me paying attention to every detail full engagement. Depending on client goals every session with begin with a dynamic warmup followed by a speed or endurance portion depending on our goal followed by 3 strength and power movements, finishing with a circuit. Again all exercises are tailored to our specific goal. Example if we want to become more explosive. We would train exercises that force rate of Exertion.
