More About Coach Jake

I have coached both individual and team training sessions for players ages 8-18 of all ability levels. The majority of the players were travel or high school level players. I’ve spent most of my time coaching in Hudson Valley, New York and Galway, Ireland.

I currently play professional soccer for the Greenville Triumph in South Carolina. My previous professional clubs include St. Patrick’s Athletic (Ireland), FC Edmonton (Canada), Galway United (Ireland) and FCA Darmstadt (Germany). I also played college soccer at a Binghamton University in New York.

My clients can expect a fast paced and position specific training session. I do a lot of agility and plyometric work in the warmup followed by drills that will help each athlete improve when faced with similar situations in games. The goal of each session is to have fun and learn something new for the next training session or game.
