More About Coach Jaime

Jaime Bueno is a professional tennis player and coach from Santiago, Chile. His love and passion for Tennis has started since the young age of 6 years old. His tennis recognitions come from early in his life reaching the top of the national ranking during his entire junior season (10-18) and becoming part of the Association of Tennis Professional (ATP) when he reached the age of 17. Besides playing at the elite level nationally and internationally, Coach Jaime has also shared his knowledge in multiple academies in South America as well as in Europe. He has worked as the Head Coach of BTTC Club in Berlin, Germany and in De la Peña tennis Academy in Chile. Coach Jaime has been part of MB Adidas Sports Camps as the Tennis Head Assistant Coach for three consecutive years having the opportunity to teach young athletes the values and character that the sport of tennis brings.
Coach Jaime is an ex student-athlete from the NCAA who graduated with Economics and Accounting with sport and academic excellence. He received the award of ALL-AMERICAN in singles and doubles reaching the final of NCAA National Championship in 2016.

What were your specific athletic accomplishments?
• Turned Pro at 17 years old.
• Part of the Junior Davis Cup
• NCAA All American Singles & Doubles
• Ranked #1 in the nation NCAA dii

Did you compete at the collegiate or professional level?
• Yes, I earned my first ATP points when I was 17 years old playing professional tournaments around South America. After playing pro for a few years I received an offer to come to the #4 NCAA school (Saint Leo University, Tampa, FL) with a full scholarship. I also had the opportunity to play for a club in Germany for multiple seasons. All these adventures mentioned above have provided me with a lot of experience as a tennis player as well as a tennis coach.
Where did you compete?
• I have competed in America, Europe, Asia, Center America, and every country in South America.

• The first session would be always to evaluate the player. We will go over every shot to make sure I can analyze his/her technique at perfection. From that, we will start working on everything that needs improvement with a well-structured plan and the last equipment. However, if the client wants to work on something in particular we will certainly create a training to focus on the request of the client.
