I believe in long-term athlete development rooted in consistency, reflection, and intentional growth β not quick fixes. My approach is athlete-centered: I foster a positive environment where athletes are challenged with questions that encourage them to think critically, and take ownership of their progress. I focus on not just improving performance but also integrating injury prevention strategies to minimize the chances of injury.
π Youth Athletic Development- No matter the sport this program builds foundational athleticism by improving speed, movement efficiency, and overall fitness.
**Warm-Up (10β15 mins)**
Light jog, technical drills (form-focused running), and foam rolling
**Speed Work & Plyometrics (20 mins)**
Sprint mechanics, acceleration technique, top-speed development
**Agility / Conditioning / Strength (20 mins)**
Rotating focus depending on goals: change-of-direction drills, endurance circuits, or strength training.

β½ Youth Soccer Training (Ages 6-10) - build soccer fundamentals and technique through play.
**Warm-Up (10 mins)**
Fun movement games and ball control drills
**Small-Sided Game #1 (10β15 mins)**
Fast-paced play to reinforce technique with enjoyment
**Battle Boxes (15β20 mins)**
Focused 1v1 and 2v1 matchups to build attacking and defensive skills

Game play continues with guided feedback

End with a high-energy game to boost cardio and finish strong

Overall, you not only push your athletes to the max but you set goals throughout the day as we work through a step by step process and not over stress the muscles which is quite important to take notes on because once you over stress a muscle within one day, it is hard to recover until a while. You definitely made sure what we ate and drank was something to watch forth which was always helpful and made my training much more easy going and less fats and other unnecessary intakes.
