More About Coach Jada
I have helped coach my youth club team over the past three summers. I have also helped run ID clinics for prospective athletes at my college. I graduated with a bachelors in exercise science and have a very extensive knowledge of sports rehab and training in general. I am currently applying to Physical Therapy school.
I have played competitive soccer all of my life. I played four years at a highly competitive NCAA Division II college, I have played overseas and also on a semi-professional team for the past three summers.
I am a very technical player, and I feel that having good technical skills is important to every soccer athlete. And, depending on the client's position, I will tailor the drills to meet their needs. I will utilize ball work, cone drills, shooting, 1v1s etc. I will also incorporate conditioning at the end of the session, probably about 10 minutes, as being in "soccer shape" is entirely different than just having a good fitness level.
