More About Coach Jacqui
I have experience on all levels of coaching and training athletes, from middle school to college. I have worked for The Montgomery Academy as their middle school assistant girls coach; I have conducted several high school camps during the summer and I have severed as head coach at Concordia College, Alabama. Typically, I work ages 11-21.
- 1997 and 1998 high school State Champions (Thomasville High School, Thomasville, GA).
- I was selected Second Team All Region. I did not compete at the collegiate level, but I never left the game; always assisting as a student-trainer.
Sessions include dribble and shooting skill development and drills, fundamental techniques along some strength and conditioning. We will open up with 2 laps around the gym, some full court warm-up and stretch exercises (all to prevent injury and gain maximum potential). Then we get right into the training.
