In addition to playing college soccer, I have ran camps that have helped youth players develop their skills on top of doing 1 on 1 personal training with players of all levels.

I currently play Division 3 soccer and run Track and Field at St. Mary's College of Maryland. This past year, I was apart of the first team in program history to make the NCAA tournament.

A typical session will last 60 minutes with the emphasis being placed on technique and quality repetitions. The first 10 minutes will be focused on a technical warm up that allows for the athlete to build a good base for the rest of the session. The next 40 minutes will consist of drills that will help the athlete target certain points of their game that they need to improve on. The last 10 minutes will be focused on improving the athlete's physical condition. Using my track background, I know certain speed drills that can help soccer players not only run faster, but also longer.
