Jacob Cox

I have helped coach little league, and some Junior College level athletes. I am relatively new to the coaching world but have played at the collegiate level and am currently playing professionally. I have a BS in Kinesiology and I am an ACSM certified personal trainer.

I have played at Fresno City College and received the Mr. Ram award
I have played at California State University Monterey Bay and competed in the regional tournament
I am currently playing professionally with the Sonoma Stompers in the Pacific Association

I will break down mechanics and address any biomechanic issues along with mobility issues that may be apparent. Will teach the proper form in the gym (if applicable to client's request). Will work on the mental side of baseball and help client become mentally tough. Each client is completely different so I will not have the same session plan with everyone, they will be adjusted to each individual client and their specific need.
