Currently, I am the head varsity coach at C. Milton Wright HS. This is my 7th year as a varsity coach, having worked at several schools over the past 12 years. I work with goalies thru Elite lacrosse and am also an ACE certified personal trainer and an ISSA certified specialist in sports nutrition. I love working with young, motivated athletes who want to improve on their game utilizing both stick work and strength and conditioning.

My background with lacrosse started playing in goal at Mt. Hebron HS and continued as I played D1 lacrosse at Rutgers University. I also played 4 years of basketball in high school, which has helped me develop a great defensive strategy in lacrosse.

Typically I specialize in goalie training. We usually start with a warm-up in cage and then progress into specific skills depending on the athletes' strengths and weaknesses. I love using mini goalie sticks, exercise bands, colored lacrosse balls, and shafts to challenge keepers to increase hand eye coordination, speed and footwork.
