Firstly I will assess the client's skillset; between Shooting, passing, footwork, and a combination of lacrosse IQ drills. Once we have the basics down we can begin to expand on their knowledge of the game. I have my own goal to bring as well as a set of cones to help with footwork drills. There will be no shortage of skills we can work on throughout the session.
