Jackson Hyland

I have coached at both the middle school and high school recreation level. I have also worked at the YMCA coaching and mentoring athletes ages 3-12 since I was 15. I have coached at major basketball camps from the West Chester and Kennett area with athletes ages 5-16 years old.

1,200+ point scorer at Kennett High school where I earned First Team all Chesmont league two years in a row. I am currently playing at a Div 2 West Chester University as a 3 year starter, and current team captain. I earned 2nd team All PSAC as a Junior and Honorable mention as a sophomore. I also earned 3rd team COBL Philly as a Junior. Also as a Sophomore I earned Team MVP, and PSAC all academic honors.

The key to my workouts is adapting the specific workout based on the athletes position, skill set, ability and future goals. I have a variety of workout plans that have been tested through teaching kids and personal experience with fellow college athletes. I will be able to adapt workout sessions based on any individual needs.
