I'm a former Division I college soccer player at Brown University, having started all 4 years and becoming team captain. I volunteered my time shortly after to help train my younger teammates for my last semester in college. I have experience training and coaching at Corona del Mar High School, Brown University, Slammers FC club, and in 1x1 and small group environments.

I have privately trained players aged 10 - 21, starting at recreation level all the way through high-level high school as they prepare for the college game. I understand and support the mentality of the soccer player and I'm not far removed from being in the competitive playing environment myself! I love the game and getting to spend time helping others get better and fulfill their goals.

I am here to help my clients get better, fulfill their goals, become well-rounded athletes, and enjoy their time on the pitch. I work with my clients to evaluate their game and figure out the best training plan to improve! Each session will vary and no two clients are treated the same -- some examples include skills fundamentals, on the ball training, off the ball movement, shooting, agility and speed work.

Skill session -- on the ball skills development. Dribbling, passing, playing with contact,
Shooting session -- shooting fundamentals (striking, curve, precision, touch, free kicks). Focused on improving skills in a game-like environment.
Agility session -- performance driven agility and speed work using cones, ladder, sticks, and balls. Focused on building soccer-specific strength, speed.
