1 Time Spain Junior Champion: I know what it takes to reach the pinnacle of success in the sport, having clinched the title of Spain Junior Champion during my own competitive career.
2 Times La Liga Champion: My dedication and skill also led me to secure the prestigious title of La Liga Champion not once, but twice. La Liga is widely recognized as the biggest championship in national Spanish boxing, making this achievement a testament to my prowess in the sport.
Competitive Experience: My competitive journey boasts an impressive 95 fights, each serving as a valuable lesson in the intricacies of combat sports. These battles have equipped me with a deep understanding of the physical, mental, and strategic aspects of the game.

Therefore, each session begins with a brief discussion to assess the athlete's current level, specific objectives, and any concerns or limitations they may have. This allows me to tailor the session to their individual needs.

Warm-Up and Mobility:
We kick off the session with a comprehensive warm-up routine to prepare the body for the physical demands ahead. This includes mobility exercises, stretching, and light cardiovascular activities to increase blood flow and reduce the risk of injury.

Technique and Skill Development:
The core of our session revolves around technique and skill development. Depending on the athlete's focus and level, we may work on a variety of aspects, such as:

Fundamental Boxing Techniques: For beginners, we'll focus on mastering the basics, including footwork, stance, jab, cross, and defensive maneuvers.
Advanced Striking and Defense: For more experienced athletes, we delve into advanced striking techniques, counterattacks, and defensive strategies to enhance their overall skill set.
Sparring and Application: When appropriate, we incorporate controlled sparring sessions to apply learned techniques in a simulated combat environment.
Physical Conditioning:
