I Played as a professional Baseball Player for the St. Louis Cardinals from 1994-1998 in the Dominican Republic and United States Leagues. Later on the St. Louis Cardinal hired me as an infield and outfield instructor and hitting couch/Manager for the Rookie team Academy in the Dominican Republic (1998 - 1999). I participated in the Scout Baseball Development Program with the Major League Baseball Scouting Bureau (1999, Tucson Arizona). I became a Baseball Scout/ Instructor(1999-2004). Then I moved to the Philadelphia Phillies as a Scout, (2007-2008).

I enjoy working with kids and teenagers of all ages and transmit them and teach them the love and beauty of Baseball. My specialties includes all kind of techniques to develop the instincts to take ground balls in all infield positions, all kind of double plays techniques, running bases skills, proper throwing mechanics, about hitting. I like to teach them how to have a quick wrist and good eye to become better more patient hitter with good bat speed and a fluid stroke.

After my personal presentation as an baseball Coach I start my sessions with a proper warm up, after that I teach them to take ground balls correctly then teach them to catch fly balls and teach them to hit balls.
