I have four years of basketball training experience. I was a assistant coach for one year and a head coach the next three years.i have worked all year in deer park community center. My age groups were from ten and up. I was also
a high school trainer. I was a assistant coach at Deer park community center and soon after I became a head coach for Deer park community center as well.
I have earned defensive players for two years straight in my high school career. I competed from middle school all the way up to my senior year in high school. I was named offensive player of the week as well while in high school.
Specific drills will begin with strength and conditioning. Figuring out where the player is at and getting his body to respond to the movements. Then we will go from that to handling the ball skills to playing defense on fast breaks. A missed lay up is a missed opportunity. As many people say defense wins game and offense wins championships.
