My athletic accomplishments came through coaching more than playing. After high school I decided that I had enough from the game and wanted to focus on building my life. I took time from the game and gain broader and more diverse interest. I returned to the game once I left the military. In my time coaching I won multiple youth tournaments. I also assistant coached to a divisional championship in the UPSL.
My session plan is tailored to the needs of the athlete. It’s important to be open with training concepts because each individual is different.
The need of the athlete is utmost priority.
