More About Coach Isabella
I have worked with ages U10-U19 at all levels from beginner to D1 college commit. I have worked with local camps and clinics and coached for Towsontowne Rec, and Hymax FHC.
Graduated from Bryn Mawr School in 2022
4-year varsity starter earning All-State and All-Metro 2nd Team, and 2x All-Conference
Senior Varsity Captain
Currently a rising senior on the University of Delaware's Varsity Field Hockey Team
Freshman year earned rookie of the week
Voted captain for 2025 season
Start with a dynamic warmup, then move into stick skills followed by passing and receiving to ensure the technique is correct
Would take feedback from the athlete to determine what to focus the session around and have 2/3 drills catered towards that skill End the session with a new skill if the athlete is ready or finish up on a high-intensity drill to work on the desired skill while under fatigue to ensure the technique is sound
