I have coached at the middle school level for 3 year and also at the high school and professional levels overseas in Barcelona, Spain for 2 years as well. I have also trained kids privately in basketball skills training and also done strength training for basketball players as well. I train both men and women in the sport.

I played college basketball at Texas Wesleyan for 4 seasons and also professionally for 3 years in Barcelona, Spain. While playing professionally overseas I led my team in scoring during my rookie season, as well as assists and steals. I was also named to be an All-star during the first two seasons.

Clients can expect session to be geared towards speed and agility, vertical jump, balance, range of motion, and flexibility. These sessions wont be your typical work till you drop, these sessions are carefully planned and executed in order to maximize an athletes potential in whatever sport they play.
