A typical soccer session starts with a dynamic warm-up that includes light running, stretching, and ball touches to activate the body and improve coordination. After the warm-up, we focus on technical drills such as dribbling control, first touch, passing accuracy, and ball mastery. I break down each skill step-by-step so players understand the proper technique. The session then moves into agility and conditioning drills that improve speed, footwork, and quick decision-making. We also work on game-like situations that help players apply their skills under pressure. Each session ends with a cool-down and feedback so players know what they improved and what to focus on for the next training.
