More About Coach Ilya

My experience is 7 years. I work with children, age 4 to 10, teenagers and adults, from 30 to 65. Can train beginners and well experienced players. I have started to work after I finished my pro career at the age of 20. I can do 1-on-1, 1-on-2 lessons. Also I can work with a groups. My youngest student was 4 years old and he did very good. I love to work with kids, I can show them that tennis can be fun for them and also develop a lot of interesting skills which can help them in future.

I have played tennis since I was 7 years old. I completed college level in Russia and won Eastern Division. Played a lot of school tournaments and college as well. After I finished my pro career at the age of 20, I started coaching and sparring. After I moved to USA I became a USTA League member and joined to the strongest team in San Francisco Tennis Club. I have #1 at Junior Leage, #1 at high school and complete season with #1 ranking in Eastern division.

My focus is figure out strongest side of my student and develop it. Also I'm trying to increase students level and teach classic tennis school.

Coach Ilya is a great coach. He really knows his stuff. After only one session I fell 100% better!!!! Thanks coach. I feel great.

Coach Eli has really helped improve my technique and form, especially on my forehand, volleys, and serve. I'm now hitting with more topspin on my ground strokes, remembering to keep my racket up and in front when I'm at the net, and tossing higher on my serves so I can full extend my racket arm and make contact with more power and control. He also quickly points out bad habits and makes sure to correct them throughout the lesson, so I receive a lot of helpful feedback. I highly recommend Coach Eli if you're looking to improve your game!

Coach Ilya is a great coach and a great person!

Patient, encouraging, and very good with building fundamentals. Makes you work hard, which is good! Look forward to future lessons with him and improving my skills.

Thanks for the lesson.

Eli was fantastic. He kept the lesson both fun and informative. I have a great time and got some wonderful exercise.
Very professional and direct. Eli makes sure that you get the fundamentals and body mechanics down to play at your highest level.
Eli was clearly an expert and very patient. He explained the concepts well and clearly, and I'm looking forward to continuing with him and believe that he will help me to get the level I'm aiming for.
Excellent coach. Knowledgeable clear instruction. Friendly patient attitude.
