Biggest recent success stories include coaching a 72 year old client who lost 50lbs completed triathlon in under a year training with me, a 30 year old client who lost over 100lbs in less than 1 year training with me combined with my ADA approved meal plans, a 32 year old client who lost 50 lbs and redefined her entire body and dramatically enhanced strength, flexibility, balance and power also in 1 year training with me. As a competitive dancer, started coaching dance and tumbling at age of 16 and have continued following my passion for getting people stronger, more agile and overall increased athletic performance. Most frequently used tools you'll find in my training sessions are Bands, Dumbbells, Exercise Ball, Body Weight, Bosu balance Trainer, Plyo Boxes, and Agility Ladder. Less frequently used include TRX, Medicine Balls, Kettlebells and Balance Discs. Recent short-term clients include ballet strength for Broadway Auditions, private Baseball conditioning for teenage boys, and a number of clients training for 5ks races. I primarily perform training sessions at NJ Dance Fitness, Princeton Area, home Training, Churches and Schools. Most popular age groups I work with are 40-60 year women and 13-50 year old male athletes.

Most entertaining soloist cash prizes and highest scoring group winners in acrobatics, hip hop, jazz, lyrical, tap and ballet as a competition team dancer since age 5. As a college student, honored to perform in audition based dance club routines included college tap, acrobatics and jazz. As a member of the dance club, I was honored to get call-backs and be able to perform in various roles and pieces with different choreographers. Currently professional Zumba Instructor and Personal Trainer with following of over 50 students.

A typical session client can expect me to assess energy levels and overall state, Foam Rolling (SMR) before working out, and finishing with the workout portion. Circuit training is my most popular training method. I go through the exercises in a tell-show-do manner. Ask if they client has any questions, and get the client moving through the exercises. Some days I use all reps other days I use the timer to keep client having fun and enjoying variety. Typical tools for athletes I use are quick ladder, agility cones, agility circles, dumbbells, body weight, bands, bosu and balance discs. At the end of the session I close with requesting client feedback on today's workout and plans for next session.
