More About Coach Henry

I have three years of personal training experience. I’m a PT trainer at local gym in the DFW and I am also a graduate student at UTA. I work with ages 16-45, anybody that comes with a positive attitude!

I competed as a D1 & D2 Track athlete at PVAMU and Tarleton State University! In 2013 we won the Swac indoor championship. I’ve been on the deans list numerous semters at Tarleton State.

We warm up (5-8 minutes), if we at a park we will do a HiiT type work out. Movement that keeps the heart rate up and gives the full body a full work out. In the gym it can either be strength training or cardio training. After the work out we cool down and stretch.
