More About Coach Hashem

I have ran a kids soccer camp from ages 6-14 in Bloomfield hills, Michigan for 2 years consecutively in the summer.

I have been doing one on one sessions focusing on developing players and working on their mindset to prepare them for the best both physically and mentally.

I helped with coaching at Fursan Hispania fc, I was the head coach for the u12's and led them to a 3rd place in the Dubai International Cup.

I captained the u18 squad in Fursan Hispania based off in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Competed in Oviedo cup 23/24 playing against big Spanish teams such as Rayo Vallecano & Espanyol.

Captained my u18 Fursan Hispania side to winners of DOFA league in Dubai.

Have received player of the year at my highschool in Dubai American Academy competing in MESAC international school tournament.

In the end I have exposure to football at many different levels in Europe and the US and Middle east having competed in them and trained with high level teams.

One-on-One Soccer Training Session Plan
Total Duration: 60-75 minutes

Equipment: Soccer field, goals, cones, balls
Objective: Improve technical skills, decision-making, and fitness while keeping the session engaging and age-appropriate.

1. Warm-Up (10-12 minutes)
Dynamic Stretching (5 minutes):

High knees, butt kicks, lunges, and arm circles to activate muscles.
Focus: Increase blood flow and flexibility.
Ball Dribbling and Control (5-7 minutes):

Dribble through a cone maze set up over 20 yards, encouraging creativity and close control.
