More About Coach Harris

I'm an Athens native who has been a running and fitness coach for the 7 years. I generally coach the 5k to ultra marathon distances though I have in depth experience coaching 400m-1500m.
Since the birth of the Athens Half Marathon in 2010 I have coached 42 people to PR's and fitness goals. I coach athletes as young as 8 and as old as 70. Currently I'm specializing in helping new runners reach their fitness, time, and distance goals with out the risk of injury.
Consistency is your best friend in long term aerobic development and general fitness and this is only possible through overall body strength and injury prevention.
I emphasize injury prevention and total body strength in order to create consistency

9th overall in the 2010 Athens Half Marathon. Currently training with and helping develop an Athens area elite running team to compete with other running clubs on a local and national level.

My emphasis is on total body strength and injury prevention to create consistency in your speed and aerobic development.
In a typical training session I preferably meet at least once a week with an athlete to help them with their hard interval workouts. This is followed by an extensive core, upper body and lower body strength session to work on tone, strength and flexibility.
Rather than charging per session (because that gets expensive quickly) i charge monthly fees for weekly/daily updated training plans. I like to talk to at least 3 times a week for updates on how you feel day to day and how I can adjust your training to get the most benefit from each session.
Prices depend on the depth of training you desire and are always negotiable (im not here to steal your money. Just ask and I'll probably say yes, Im a nice guy).
Prices (All plans are highly negotiable just ask) :
1. $150/Month (~$37 per session/plan) - For this price i provide daily feedback and updates on top of the general coaching (Weekly training plans, workout pacing, race day pacing, strength and conditioning workouts).
2. $100/Month-$120/Month (~$25-$30 per session/plan) - Weekly training plans, daily updates, strength and conditioning.
3. $75/Month - Weekly training plans, strength and conditioning workouts. Weekly email/call updates and progress checks.
4. $50/Month - Monthly Training Plans. Weekly email/call updates and progress checks.
5. PERSONAL TRAINING $50/session - If you are looking to lose weight, get fit and toned with out the running this is the plan for you. Personal training, weight loss, strength and conditioning. This will focus on weight loss and muscle gain/maintenance.
