Working with grade school kids to improve their fundamentals
and skill sets. Focus on their knowledge of the game and basketball IQ through details and repetition. Progressive building of skill sets through intense training leading to mastery of fundamentals. Typical session involves skill work, breakdowns of on court situations, conditioning and core work.
