More About Coach Hannah

I have been certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine for 3 years. I coach all levels from seniors to Marines. I have worked independently and for corporate gyms in DC and Houston.

My biggest personal lifting accomplishment is doubling my bodyweight on a deadlift. My biggest training accomplishments are training clients for marathons and long-distance biking.

A typical session would begin with a warm up including range of motion and flexibility exercises. Then a workout pre planned by me includes strength and cardio training. Follow-up includes check-ins, goal-setting, and nutrition advising.
