Stretch and plyometric warm up designed for flexibility and quick twitch muscle fiber. Slow drills, soft toss, high tee, lead arm. Fast drills, fast ball, back side soft toss, and bounce hit. Live arm. Finish with a stretch warm down. All the while being critiqued and lectured on the absolutes of hitting. This will be physically challenging and will condition a young athlete.
