I played midfield/defense in hs in Ohio & at Purdue University with Women's Club Lax Team. I graduated from Ohio State with an Education degree (Sports & Coaching). I moved to KY and have been involved with KY LAX for over 20 years. coached two high school teams & the first KY All-Star team to attend the USA LAX tournament in 2005. I'm also a lax official (Youth, HS & College) in KY & OH. I do private lessons & group clinics in the Louisville area.

Individual or Group Sessions available.
Beginner Player: For new players, lets have fun and get comfortable with using the stick. We will work on the important basics with active games and challenges. There is a strong focus on cradling, ground balls, passing & catching while adding footwork & movement skills. Sticks and Goggles are available for use.
Intermediate/Advanced Player: You pick your focus - Shooting, Dodging, Defensive Footwork, Speed and more.
All players will go home with a challenge assignment for homework to keep practicing skills.
