Have coached from elementary school to high school age groups. I have worked predominantly in Long Island, NY and Baltimore, MD. Have additional experience as a US Lacrosse certified referee. Current player (attack) for the Ireland Women's National Box Lacrosse Team.

A typical session would involve a warm-up and discussion of what the client would like to work on / their goals. Then we would move through multiple different drills that specialize in the skills we spoke about and then live play, shooting, etc.
