I typically work with middle school to high school level lacrosse players. Background in Exercise Science, will also train college level athletes to improve fitness levels.

Started lacrosse at Mercersburg Academy played 3 years Varsity in high school.

Typical session is dedicated to time/skill needed pertinent to the athlete(s). Will work anywhere from 1 athlete to small group of athletes.

I focus on all levels of the game from perfecting the basic mechanics of running, shooting, cutting, and defense to an all around focus on game strategy as an attacker/midfielder/defender. I have access to field, equipment, shooting nets, and balls.

No time limit on sessions, or sessions per week. I am available as needed and extremely flexible schedule over the summer.
