More About Coach Gus
Hey! I played lacrosse my entire life, alongside some of the best players in the country. My club team won the PA state championship every year throughout middle school. In high school I was first team all-league. I played lacrosse for Wesleyan University until 2017 when I graduated. After college I helped run lacrosse camps with Matt Rambo.
My senior year I helped lead Wesleyan to our first Final Four berth in school history. I was an Academic All-American, and as I mentioned before I was a first team All-League player in high school.
I can assist in a variety of ways. I think focusing on stick skills will be paramount. I know being active is important as well. I always want the client to be moving and getting a thorough workout in. I try to combine these two activities in drills that will help shooting and dodging. Most important is encouragement, and I try my best to keep sessions light and fun.

Gus is a great coach. My son had very limited lacrosse experience and wanted to pursue the sport in high school. To help him prepare better, I hired Gus to go over the basics and show him the correct way of doing things like passing, catching, shooting, etc. It was a tall order in a short time frame but Gus was able to deliver.
