For the last ten years, I have been absorbed by and totally dedicated to the world of fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. I pride myself on researching and learning the latest fitness trends and using a variety of workouts in my training sessions that incorporate both contemporary exercises and those that have stood the test of time.
I have recently received my personal training certification through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and am looking for individuals who desire results. I eagerly look forward to train with any individual regardless of age, gender, or fitness level. In fact, I welcome those who have attempted to reach a certain fitness goal in the past, but have failed. I have an immense arsenal of exercises and variations of workouts at my disposal, and I will not stop trying new approaches until you get the results you want and deserve. I have recently been training with an individual who has had some weight loss success in the past, but can never seem to lose more than 25 pounds at a time until she begins to gain it back again. Since this person has trained with me, she has lost 40 pounds in less that four months. In addition to a variety of exercises, I have personal access to a small, private gym providing state-of-the-art equipment and one-on-one, or small group sessions. I also have access to most renowned dietitian in the state as well as an advanced machine for determining your metabolic rate. I offer a full wrap-around service that is dedicated to helping you reach your goals.
My training sessions begin by getting to know your goals, your limitations, your fitness level, and any other possible barriers to your success. Initially I will begin our workouts slowly to assess your fitness status and to perfect your form while performing the exercises. The intensity of the workouts will progress at the same rate that you are progressing. My ultimate goal however, is to motivate you to progress further than you ever have before. I want you to get results. I thrive on getting results and I'm confident I can train and help anyone reach their goals.
All of my workout programs are custom designed for each client based on his or her desired goals, current level of physical activity, and time constraints. The initial session will consist of basic movement and posture exercises which are useful for me to gauge your beginning fitness level and uncover any errors in exercise form. This will help me to design the remainder of our sessions based upon my assessments in our initial meeting. My style of training is constructed to continuously make consistent progression. As our sessions persist and you begin to master the exercises I've introduced; I will make modifications to those exercises and add more complex movements to our workout. I thrive on getting results; therefore, each exercise program is designed to accomplish weekly short-term goals to perpetuate your motivation to reach your individual long-term goal(s).
