More About Coach Grant
I have assistant coached high school JV baseball at Vintage High School in Napa, CA. I am a certified CrossFit Level 1 trainer at 100 Proof CrossFit. I have worked with ages 10+.
I competed at NCAA D2 baseball. I pitched for California State University, Chico. I was named a team captain and set a record for most appearances by a pitcher in the NCAA D2 CCAA conference championship tournament.
It will be dependent on the athlete. Typically it will be warm up, specific drills that will help with technique and efficiency and developing the player, finish with live pitching. Conditioning will follow.
