Coached for 2 years at Showcase Baseball Academy. From ages 8-18. Now the head coach of a 14u and 12u at the Carolina Sundevils. Work with group and individual lessons with kids of all ages.

Former pro with the Chicago White Sox organization. Played 3 years total as an infielder mainly shortstop. In College I attended Lipscomb university for two years where I was awarded defensive player of the year and a finalist of the Brooks Wallace Award. Member of the 2015 Atlantic Sun Championship. Played junior college baseball at Gordon State College. Member of 2009 Juco World Series team. Played in 3 state championships in high school winning two at Auburn Highschool 2009-2010.

Sessions depend on the player and learning ability. Hitting lessons always start out on a Tee and we work from there. If the athlete is not ready to take swings we will simply work on the load and stride first.Depending on what I see and the feedback from the athlete we’ll move on to Tee drills and gradually continue the process with a moving ball. I still practice my own swing so I often do a visual of what we’re trying to accomplish in each drill. As for infield work I typically start with barehands on knees and much like hitting we work from the ground up correcting positioning stationary to gradual movement in small steps. Again depending on the athlete.
