I specialize in private youth soccer performance training focused on speed, agility, coordination and confidence development for players ages 10–16.

I have experience working with youth athletes in one-on-one and small group settings, helping players improve:
• sprint speed and first-step quickness
• agility and balance
• coordination and reaction time
• on-field confidence and game readiness

My training style is supportive, structured, and discipline-based. I focus on building both physical performance and mental confidence so players feel comfortable competing, communicating, and asking for the ball during games.

I typically work with beginner to intermediate level players who want to improve their athletic foundation, confidence, and overall soccer performance.

I provide field-based private training sessions in the Marina del Rey, Venice and Santa Monica areas, and also offer online training programs.

I have a competitive soccer background and personal training experience that shaped my coaching philosophy and training style.

Throughout my playing years, I focused on developing speed, agility, conditioning and game awareness, which are now the core elements of my training programs.

My background in competitive soccer and continuous self-education in athletic performance allows me to effectively teach movement mechanics, explosiveness, balance and coordination to youth athletes.

I use the same discipline, drills and development principles I applied in my own training to help young players build a strong athletic foundation and confidence on the field.
