More About Coach Glenn
Over 13 years of coaching experience from the elementary through the high school levels. I stress the fundamentals of the game through drills and simulated game situations. The fundamentals of the game are important at the beginning and advanced levels. As a coach and educator, I believe in developing a winning attitude both on the court and in the classroom.
I played high school basketball at Madison High School. I've also coached women's softball and high school flag football for "at-risk" students. I've been involved in high school track, assisting the set up and running of meets.
Based on the client's skill level, we will divide the session into offense, defense, conditioning, and off the ball skills. On offense, we might work on free throw shooting. Then we will reinforce that skill with a game of "knock-out'. Afterwards, we will go over the skill again and how to incorporate the skill into proper practice to help to reinforce this fundamental. This same approach can be applied to all areas of the game.
