I have coached and trained players of all ages ranging from 10 years old to college level. I have specialized in pitching and outfield. I typically work with high school players. I am certified in the following:
- The National Catholic Risk Retention Group, Inc. Virtus
-Heads Up Concussion in Youth Sports Certificate
-Coaching First Aid

In addition, I am a member of the American Baseball Coaches Association and the National Pitching Association.

I played four years at Kellenberg Memorial High School. I played college baseball at Curry College. In the summers, I played for the Long Island Astros organization.

A typical session would include a combination of player specific drills and conditioning with a short throwing session.

I expect a player to properly stretch and toss lightly. After throwing shortly, I will identify areas in need of correction. From that point, I will work on drills designed to work specifically on the player's flaws. While performing these drills and throwing sessions, I will discuss pitching mentality & philosophy.

Every session will finish with conditioning and jogging followed by an analysis of the session.
