More About Coach Gio

With 11 years of dedicated training experience, I've had the privilege of working with individuals and athletes of all backgrounds and body types. From beginners taking their first steps towards a healthier lifestyle to seasoned athletes striving for peak performance, my gym has been a hub of transformation and empowerment.

I was a All Houston Area football player in high school and later went on to play college football at Texas A&M KIngsville and UTEP.
In HS i was also a Varsity Baseball Player for 2 yrs
Varsity Track for 1 yr

We'll begin with a dynamic warm-up to activate key muscle groups and prepare the body for exercise. Next, we'll move into a series of compound exercises such as squats, deadlifts, and bench presses, focusing on proper form and progressively increasing the intensity to challenge muscular strength and endurance. Finally, we'll conclude with a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) circuit incorporating plyometric movements and bodyweight exercises to elevate heart rate, improve cardiovascular fitness, and maximize calorie burn.
