I have played high school basketball in Queens NY. I was in CYO basketball league where I played point guard. My plan is to help the individual or child to become healthy and build their IQ. I have a great deal of experience coaching.

The first session will be an evaluation of the athlete. I will determine the level of skill and adapt so that the process can be efficient. This process will help the athlete with a progression towards our personal goals.
