I usually start with a conversation to understand what my client wants to accomplish/work on. During the first 15 minutes of the session we work on hitting drills. Afterwards spend another 15 minutes teaching and breaking down the hitters mechanics, approach and mentality as a hitter. If the session is both hitting and fielding than the second half I show reactive drills, position drills and fielding fundamentals. I always introduce maintenance and injury prevention.
