More About Coach Gerard
I’ve been coaching / training athletes of all different ages for the past 10 years. I’ve coached on an elementary and middle school level the past 4 years. I also have experience training collegiate, overseas and semi-pro Athletes for prestigious training company out of NJ. I’m currently a physical education teacher for Mount Carmel Holy Rosary catholic school.
I played Division 2 basketball at Lincoln University, graduated HS in the top 30 players in Suffolk County, Long Island. Played semi-professional for 2 years in NYC.
Well equipped with various strength and conditioning methods for all ages. Targeting any specific needs of improvement. Very knowledgeable of various skill sets, skills training, and confidence building exercises.
