ACE Certified Personal Trainer, FA/CPR/AED current, with over 15 years experience coaching football at the semi-pro, high school and youth levels. Over the course of my coaching career I have implemented workout programs that have resulted in minimal injuries during practice and competition. This outcome has occurred due to emphasis on relevant dynamic stretching, proper application of plyometrics, and integration of the gameplay into the workout program. My experience coaching positions on both sides of the football allows me to apply the position knowledge to the workout objective. This integration of game-skill and fitness is what makes me unique among certified trainers. Though, I am primarily focused on football I can help other sports athletes achieve their fitness goals, as well! (I am also available for private coaching lessons for football skills training. As a football coach for more than 15 years, I have trained athletes from youth to adults. My primary focus is injury prevention and extending the body's ability to compete. I have personally trained with the best organizations in the country including the U.S. Marine Corps and U.S. Department of Homeland Security federal law enforcement.

The best plan starts with YOUR goals and interests. Your safety and injury prevention is as important to me as obtaining your strength and endurance goals. As an athlete, you are probably already performing at a high level; consequently, we will immediately get focused on the best path to meet YOUR goals. After the proper assessments, WE will develop a plan and I will help you achieve it--whether your focus is on the regular season, spring training, a combine, or other competitive event. We will incorporate your positional techniques into the exercise program (e.g. throwing/stretching exercises for QB's, etc.). Most of all, we will have good time getting ready for the next level!
