I am currently the Girls Head Coach at Helix Charter High School in the San Diego Area. I led the Highlanders to three straight CIF Playoff apperances. Prior to this, I was the Head Coach for Chico State Women's Lacrosse Program for 5 years. The team was ranked as high as #18 in the Nation. Before that, I was the Head Coach of High School Girls Lacrosse (Poway High, Westview, Helix Charter, and Chico High) for a total of 10 years.

I have worked every summer in camps, clinics, and leagues. I have worked with Pacific Lacrosse, Adrenaline, and East Meets West. I have been involved in recruitment camps and traveling teams. I know what college coaches look for in their recruitment of players and I understand the college recruitment process.

Over the years I have accumulated knowledge of offensive sets, clears, transitions, and defensive strategies. I understand what it takes for the player to move to that next level of play. To be successful, a player must have a good balance of skills, knowledge, and physical ability. I can teach stick skills, dodges, footwork, and strategy. I can build knowledge, speed, agility, quickness, and self-esteem.

Over my 18 years of coaching I take pride in the strides that my players have taken in all their accomplishments. Lacrosse is a great game and I want it to continue it's growth and continue to be enjoyable to all that participate.

I led the Chico State Women's Lacrosse Program to two WWLL Championship Playoffs in five years. We had been ranked as high as #18 in the Nation.

I coached the Chico Rebel's High School Girls Team to an undefeated Season and took 4th place in the State. This was done with all inexperienced players.

I helped lead Helix Charter of San Diego to two Grossmont League Championships and to four San Diego Section CIF Tournament bids in five years.

At Westview I started the Girls Lacrosse Program with Freshman and Sophomores and they are now a very competitive team.

My first coaching position was at Poway High School where I compiled an overall record of 26 -10 over three years with a Junior Varsity 2 team playing JV Teams from other High Schools. I had six of my players start on the Varsity team and win a CIF Championship.

My Session Plans will be decided on each player's need. I will evaluate your wants, skills, physical attributes, and knowledge of lacrosse. I will formulate and administer a Session Plan that showcases your strengths and builds on your weaknesses. Together we will improve your overall knowledge, lacrosse skills, and physical fitness.
