I have over 25 years of experience coaching youth athletes across Jamaica, the Bahamas, Sweden, Denmark, England, and the United States. I have trained players in school programs, community clubs, elite travel environments, and international tournaments — including leading teams to two Gothia Cup championships and a Manchester Umbro Festival gold medal.

I have coached with respected organizations such as Mickey Kydes Soccer, Connecticut Soccer School, 19 Sports in Westchester, South Kent School, Cleveland Eneas School, Pepper Community Center & Youth Club, and United Soccer Academy’s international tours. My experience spans elementary through high‑school ages to the semi-professional level, typically working with U7–U23 players in both team and private training settings.

I hold multiple industry certifications, including the NSCAA Level 6 Diploma, NSCAA Goalkeeper Level 1 & 2, NSCAA Reading the Game, JFF Level 1, and the Bahamas FA Coaching Certificate.

I competed at the high‑school and collegiate levels in Jamaica before advancing into semi‑professional football across Jamaica and the Bahamas. My playing career includes representing the St. Elizabeth Parish Team, as well as competing for multiple semi‑professional clubs: Pepper FC and Holland FC in Jamaica, and Cole Albury Bears in the Bahamas (BFA Senior League) where we were runners up for 2 consecutive years.

A typical session with me is built around the athlete’s needs and skill level. The first session always begins with an evaluation, where I look at the player’s technical ability, movement, confidence on the ball, and overall game understanding. From there, each session is customized — sometimes we focus on ball control and footwork, other times on passing, shooting, 1v1 play, or decision‑making. I adjust drills and intensity based on how the athlete responds, making sure every session is purposeful and age‑appropriate. My goal is to create a positive, challenging environment where players improve steadily and leave each session feeling more confident in their game.
