More About Coach Garrett

Your looking for someone who has been where your son is trying to go. As a current professional pitcher, I have been and know how to get your son to the next level. My clients range from age 8-18, I have helped my clients get college scholarships, and also have taught some of my clients how to throw a baseball. I didn't throw hard naturally. I had to figure it out, I have topped out at 101mph. ( With the help of some great coaches) Yet I am confident what I have learned can help your son gain MPH and improve command.

I am a current professional baseball player most recently with the Milwaukee Brewers. Last season with the Trois Riveries Aigles I was pitcher of the Year. I previously pitched in the New York Yankees organization for 4 years. I was drafted both my junior and senior seasons in college. I pitched four years at Fresno State University, where I was both a starter, and reliever for the university. I was team captain my senior season, and I earned First team All Conference honors as a relief pitcher. I was named Pitcher of the Year in the 'Midnight League' (The Alaska Baseball League) and also pitched in the prestigious Cape Cod Summer League. In high school, I earned All American Honorable mention honors, I was First Team All League, and pitched a no-hitter.

When you practice with me, we will focus on arm care first, warming up properly, and giving you skills, tips and tools on how to get stronger. We focus on strong fundamentals, correct warm-ups, and dial into the areas where you want to work on, but also improve on things that as a professional pitcher, I see. We want to enjoy our time together, and work to get you better. We want to help you gain command and control of your pitches.
Sessions are 30-40 min
