Being a former Professional, Division 1 and varsity player I gear my sessions to focus on player consistency. Using simplified movements to create a more efficient player. All workouts are tailored towards the weakness of the player.

I enjoy working with the youth as a whole. Watching their skill sets develop and player confidence grow. I don't have a preference just as long as I am able to help in goal achievement.

I start my sessions off with a warm-up incorporating ball handling. This is followed by form shooting/shot preparation. That is followed by shooting,1on1 moves and all around player weaknesses development. To complete the workout a grooving of the stroke is done. So that the player will see improvement with each session.

Coach Gabriel definitely assisted my son to improve his skills. He pushed my son to excellence thru repetition, making new habits, and the teaching of different techniques. Coach Gabriel really knew his stuff and was very professional. I went to him to work on my shot. Trying to change a shot with 15 years of bad habits can be testing, but coach Gabriel was incredibly patient, had great tips and wasn't going to let me slip back into old habits. I would recommend him to anyone looking to improve their game.

Awesome understanding of the game and made the entire session fun. Not an easy thing to make 10 year olds work so hard.well worth the investment.

Coach Gabriel was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain to us what my son was lacking and what he needed to work on to become a better basketball player. Coach Gabriel's assessment session and training session were awesome. He really honed in on my son's weakness's and tailored drills and a program to strengthen them quickly. He has obviously trained for a while and knows what to look for. He corrected my son's shooting form in one session, highly recommend Coach Gabriel!!
