More About Coach Gabe
I coach professional athletes, college players, high school players, middle schoolers, and anyone wanting to start to play. Anyone looking to get better at the game of basketball, I can help them improve and have better understanding of the game.
I Played four years in College. One year at Loyola Marymount University (LMU) and three years at Long Beach State University (LBSU)
I play professionally. I played four years in Israel. I am currently playing in the NBA G League.
First there will be a Warm up to help mitigate any injuries during the session. Then we will use Ball handling drills to feel comfortable with the ball and improve dribbling. Shooting will follow with form shots and then get into shooting drills off the catch. Then work on shooting off the dribble. Different reads/moves to help advance the players game and decision making. We can take everything worked on into different Game like Situations. The session will finish with some sort of conditioning.
