I am looking forward to beginning my coaching career. I have interacted with many players at the highest levels of baseball. Looking forward to passing some insight and training activities to young up and coming players.

Drafted in the 3rd round of the 2004 MLB draft out of Belen Jesuit Prep School in Miami, Florida. Currently in my 13th year of professional baseball for the (New York Mets, Florida Marlins, Seattle Mariners, Kansas City Royals, Boston Red Sox, Washington Nationals, Arizona Diamondbacks, and Chicago White-Sox) Attended 4 Major League spring trainings attaining the highest level of play in AAA from 2008 - 2012. Played in Puerto Rico (2006, 2012, 2013) and Venezuelan (2010) winter leagues. L (2015) Played in the CPBL Taiwan Professional baseball league. Most recently pitched in the LMP ( liga mexicana Pacífico) with the CHarros de JAlisco

As a pitching coach for younger athletes I would take them through some fundamental basic mechanical drills. Teaching them proper mechanics based on their strengths and weakness. Improving conditioning and teaching should maintenance exercises that can improve velocity and prevent injury. I can provide fundamental insight into the mental approach to pitching at higher levels as well.
