More About Coach Gabriel
I have trained athletes looking to make their high school and college level basketball teams. I typically work with kids aged 13-18 but am willing and able to work with any one interested in getting better.
I was part of a League Champion Mission Hills Basketball team in 2011. I continued to play basketball at the Collegiate level for MiraCosta College before I began training elementary through high school level athletes.
You can expect some great warm up routines that help with shooters touch, keeping the ball on a string, and getting in your flow state. After learning your goals, I will set up a program that allows us to focus on getting you to the next level. Each day might be focused on a different aspect of the game but you will leave with new tools to work on as we implement them in your game.
