Each session is customized according to the goals of the client. I guarantee my services. I emphasize the importance of mental toughness as well as self-belief. Stretching activities include dribbling warm ups and drills. Once muscles are warmed, we go directly into intense game speed activities. For an additional fee, I also offer to record client's games to analyze and create customize training routines to enhance their abilities.
